As president of Avayda Lanes passion is to build a company that will provide both its customers and employees with the best experience possible. Lane has been in the home service industry for 21 years and has a background in sales before founding Avayda in 2021. He has been married for 21 years, has 3 kids, and loves to spend his free time with his family outdoors and attending and coaching their sporting events.

With over 20 years of experience in operations within the home services industry, Trevor brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in driving efficiency and delivering exceptional customer service. He also brings a strong foundation in technology and is dedicated to leveraging innovative solutions to drive the success of the business. When he’s not focused on improving Operations, Trevor enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, often engaging in their extracurricular activities. When the weather is nice, they like to spend time camping and hiking in the beautiful Canadian Rockies.

With over 20 years of experience in management, Rod oversees the daily operations of the service team at Avayda, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. A strategic leader, Rod focuses on optimizing workflows, managing teams, and driving business growth while maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility. Rod and his wife have 3 children, and 4 grandchildren that they enjoy spending time with whenever they can.

Luke oversees the day-to-day business functions, streamlines processes, and ensures top-quality pest control services. Luke specializes in optimizing efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams. His department expertise in logistics, compliance, and service innovation help Avayda lead the industry in providing safe and effective pest management solutions. Luke is a dedicated family man who loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s fishing, being outdoors, or making memories with his wife and five kids.

As the director of office administration, Shawn’s primary role is to manage the call center for Avayda. He has 20 years of experience in management in the home services industry. Shawn is passionate about providing quick, knowledgeable and professional support to our customers. Shawn and his wife have 1 daughter and have a love for all sports.

Rob’s primary role at Avayda is to oversee our sales department. All things from hiring, sales training and compliance report to him. With over a decade of experience in multiple industries, Rob is passionate about hiring and training talented sales representatives and providing an unmatched working experience. When not working you can find Rob on the nearest golf course or at the beach with his dog Winston.
