Will all pests disappear immediately after my Disrupt Treatment?

Typically it will take 1 – 2 weeks for you to notice the treatments and services making a noticeable difference in the pest activity on your property.

What needs to happen in order for me to get a free treatment on the Avayda Promise?

If the bugs come back so do we - for free. Just email info@avayda.ca with your account number and address and we will reach out to schedule an appointment.

What pests are covered under my plan?

All types of Ants and Spiders, Mice, Oriental cockroach, American cockroach, Smokey-brown cockroach, Brown-Banded cockroach, Wasps, Mud Daubers, Yellow Jackets, and a large selection of other nuisance type pests such as Centipedes, Millipedes, Pill bugs, Fleas, Sow bugs, Earwigs, Silverfish, beetles, etc.

What pests are not included in my Pest Guarantee Plan?

Wildlife such as voles, snakes, gophers, skunks, raccoons, etc. Avian type animals such as bats, pigeons, starlings, etc. The common house fly, the murder hornet, bed bugs, and stored product pests found in flour, beans, spices, etc.

On my regularly scheduled follow up treatment, how do I request for an interior treatment?

An interior treatment is not always scheduled on your follow up treatments but are available for no extra cost if you request one through info@avayda.ca 3 days prior to your follow up treatment.

How will I know that someone is coming for my regular treatment and my house has been treated?

We remind you by sending an email and text 1-3 days beforehand. Good communication allows us to always stay on top of treating any needs you may have.

Refunds & Cancellations

AVAYDA Inc. offers no refunds for services rendered but will offer free Avayda Promises to solve your pest control issues. If a customer wishes to cancel the agreement within the 12 month term the penalty will be the lesser of the remaining amount of agreement or $200 to compensate for the initial disrupt discount.

Are the treatments safe for my family and pets?

Yes all treatments are regulated in their application procedures to ensure the safety of the homeowners and their pets. In fact, a high percentage of applications are done with natural and chemical free solutions.

Why should I use a professional pest control company?

Avayda pest control uses products not typically available to the public. Our service technicians are licensed by their appropriate provincial government and trained by industry professionals to offer a service that goes far beyond your typical Do it yourself solutions. With our Pro+ and Premium plans we offer a re-treatment guarantee, the Avayda Promise, this will give you the piece of mind that all pests covered will never be a problem for you again.

What treatments do you offer for mosquitoes?

Our mosquito treatments include exterior and fauna treatments to both repel and eliminate mosquito populations on your property. Mosquito treatments are included when you sign up for our Avayda Premium plan. We treat them each month from May to August. Due to the airborne nature of mosquito activity we cannot guarantee the complete elimination of the mosquito population on your property but do promise a significant reduction in population density in treated areas.

What is included in the treatment of my home?

Your disrupt treatment includes all interior and exterior treatments outlined in the diagram entitled "Our Process". Regularly scheduled follow up treatments include standard exterior treatments with interior or spot treatments available upon request. Remember you can call us anytime in between your scheduled treatments if you see significant new pest activity in your home.
